  • Bonded warehousing allows whisky and spirits to be stored securely under HMRC bond until duty is paid or goods are exported.

  • Yes, at Auld Bond we can arrange transport from anywhere in the UK to ABB. We also have our own movement guarantee. 

  • We pride ourselves on speed and efficiency at ABB but not at the detriment of quality. If you choose one of our house bottles, bottling should take up to 12 working days. If you choose an exclusive bottling, we will keep you always informed as your whisky is on its bottling journey. 

  • We have various price structures at ABB, however we are very transparent with pricing and never hide additional costs. If you choose one of our house bottlings, we give you a single all-inclusive price for bottling your cask. No hidden extras. 

  • No, we deal with all the HMRC paperwork for you. As long as can show us proof of ownership when you open your account at ABB, we will take care of any other HMRC paperwork. 

  • Clients who do not have their own cask insurance are invited to join ABB’s storage insurance. The cost is £12 per year for every £5000 of market value. Contact info@auldbondbottlers.com for further information.

  • Yes, we welcome private cask owners here at ABB. You will need to complete an application form, provide proof of your ID and address as well as accepting our T&Cs. Proof of ownership of casks will be required in the form of a Delivery Order (DO) before a cask can be transferred into your ABB account. 

  • Yes, we work with RBrand one of Scotland’s leading whisky design houses. Or our in-house labels allow for a family crest, company logo or slogan on every label. All artwork must comply with SWA regulations, but don’t worry we will take care of this for you too.

  • Yes, we offer a split cask bottling service so can either have part of your cask bottled and then reracked to mature further or bottled into several different bottles and finishes. Nothing is too much trouble at ABB.
